Landmark Development Services, Inc. is the culmination of more than 25 years of involvement in San Diego Real Estate by Owner and President, Mark Freed.

After a successful 8-year career in commercial and residential real estate with Merrill Lynch and Prudential, Mark entered the construction and development field, acting as project manager, supervisor, and sales manager for residential subdivisions in the early 90's. Through the ensuing 18 years, Mark has been responsible for the construction, development, improvement, and rehabilitation of a wide variety of residential and commercial development and construction projects. Development projects have included Single Family and Multi-Family Residential, Class A Office, Medical and Dental buildings, Strip and Freestanding Commercial, Concrete tilt-up and building renovation.

Mark also has extensive experience in interior build-outs including Restaurants, Medical/Surgical, MRI and X-ray Facilities, Dental/Oral Surgery, Educational, Banking, and Spa and Fitness Facilities.

Mark is a native San Diegan and attended St. Martins Academy and Helix High School in the East County City of La Mesa. After attending San Diego State University focusing on business and communications, Mark began his career in real estate that lead to his entry into construction and development, culminating in the founding of Landmark Development Services.

Mark is currently living in the uptown community of Bankers Hill, and is a Board member on the Building Resources Council for the San Diego Building Industry Association and Chairman of the Education Committee.
